Sessions and Fees

Grand Oak operates a stretched 51 week year, designed to give families predictability, warmth, and continuity from one season to the next. Funded entitlements are accepted in full for every eligible family and applied directly against your monthly invoice, ensuring complete transparency and no surprises.

The majority of our places are filled by funded hours. The government provides 30 funded hours per week for working families with children aged 9 months to 4 years, and 15 funded hours per week for lower income families. We accept both. Any additional hours you require beyond your entitlement are charged at our private rate, set out in full below.
