Regulated through SCA
Grand Oak Early Years is proudly registered with SCA, one of England's most experienced Ofsted regulated childminder agencies. In its most recent Ofsted inspection, SCA was awarded "Effective in All Areas", the highest judgement available for a childminder agency, reflecting excellence in leadership, rigorous safeguarding oversight, strong governance, and consistently high standards of care across its network.
With the valued guidance of SCA's Director, Claire Chapman, Grand Oak Early Years is helping to establish a carefully governed, Ofsted vetted model of early years childcare within an Islamic centre setting. Rooted in professional excellence, safeguarding integrity, and community service, this approach demonstrates how faith based institutions can thoughtfully develop sustainable childcare provision of the highest standard for the families they serve.
Our Vision
This vision has been championed by Dr Mohsan Rabbani, who has sought to create a model that combines warmth, educational ambition, and robust regulatory compliance in a setting shaped by trust, values, and community spirit. Faith based organisations wishing to explore this pathway are warmly invited to connect with Dr Mohsan Rabbani, who is always pleased to share ideas openly, transparently, and in the spirit of collective empowerment for children, families, and communities.
For faith-based organisations interested in exploring this pathway, please contact Dr Mohsan Rabbani at mohsan@littleoakearlyyears.co.uk.
