About Grand Oak Early‑Years

We are registered with SCA, an Ofsted-regulated CMA, providing annual inspection, quality assurance, and ongoing professional oversight to ensure high standards of early years care and safeguarding.
EYFS curriculum with a faith-rooted rhythm
We deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) across all seven areas of learning, thoughtfully enriched by moments of reflection, listening, character development, and gentle faith awareness within a warm, values-led setting.
Our two rooms
First Steps Room • Ages 0 to 2 Young Explorers Room • Ages 2 to 3 Maximum 12 children in each room, with generous ratios that ensure warm, attentive key-person care.
Safeguarding first
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mohsan Ayub. Our Nursery Manager is Raakeya Ayub. Every staff member holds an enhanced DBS, paediatric first aid, and safeguarding training.
Our Team
Our Nursery Manager is Raakeya Ayub, whose lifelong passion for early years shapes the warmth and rigour of everything we do, and our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Dr Mohsan Rabbani. Every member of our team holds an enhanced DBS, paediatric first aid certification, and substantial safeguarding training, and each has been carefully vetted not only for qualifications but for the genuine passion and drive that working in a setting like ours demands.
Our Vision
This vision has been championed by Dr Mohsan Rabbani, who has sought to create a model that combines warmth, educational ambition, and robust regulatory compliance in a setting shaped by trust, values, and community spirit.
